Cooking has been the thread running through every chapter of my life — from my first kitchen disasters to late nights perfecting a dish I tasted halfway around the world. This site is where I share all of it: the recipes, the food travels, and the everyday kitchen adventures that keep me coming back to the stove.

Some call cooking an art. Others call it science, chemistry, or self-expression. I think it’s all of those — and something more. It’s about bringing small details together until something on the plate makes you stop and say wow.
