Cooking is described by others as an ART, others say it is SCIENCE or CHEMISTRY, and others think of it as a way of EXPRESSION. And from all of that we get that it’s not about the high end ingredients, or the Japanese knife you hold in your hand, or the amount of tattoos on your arms. It’s about how you bring all this little details together to create something that says WOW.
